I have good news from Beijing. My teammate and roommate Ronda Rousey has won the Bronze medal in the 70 kilo division. She is the first female American to win an Olympic medal in Judo.
Yesterday I had a great day. It was a good change from my usual schedule. My parents have arrived here in Beijing safely and yesterday I brought them into the Village. After lunch I gave them the complete tour of the Village and my building. During our tour, every stop we made I kept hearing “click…click…click.” After I heard it a couple of times I turned around looking for what was making the noise. |
